3D Measurement As-built Management System 【ROTASYS】

Measurement technology capable of obtaining coordinates from any angle, 360 degrees, for shape management.

Rotasis is a three-dimensional measurement system that can obtain coordinates using a unique measurement technology that combines an automatic tracking total station with a 360° prism-equipped pin pole. It can measure walls and ceilings, and the acquired data can be automatically input into Excel forms, thereby streamlining on-site data entry and administrative processing. This system is a jointly developed product with Abe Nikkou Industry Co., Ltd. 【Features】 ■ A single-point measurement technology that allows for coordinate acquisition from any angle, finally completed! Coordinates are obtained by grounding the tip of the pin pole equipped with a 360° prism at the measurement point and moving it. It has become easy to obtain coordinates even for surfaces like walls and ceilings that could not be measured with conventional technology.

<NETIS Registered Technology> Cross-section Restoration Work Appearance Management System Hatsuly

For bridge and road repair work! 3D shape management system "Hatsuly" for chipping depth and mortar quantity cross-section restoration!

"Hatsuly" is a NETIS registered technology that allows for the acquisition of point clouds from areas where chipping has occurred using devices like iPads, and uploads this data to the cloud, enabling automatic calculation of chipping depth and volume. Since it can perform a comprehensive comparison with design values and automatically generate reports, it contributes to reducing construction management labor (labor-saving), eliminating the need for on-site inspections, and optimizing the usage of materials such as mortar (reducing waste concrete and discarded concrete). Hatsuly contributes to improving productivity in maintenance and repair work, as well as addressing social issues related to the longevity and resilience of aging infrastructure.
